1. What you are buying
- Varshphal 2027 Report — ₹895.62 all-inclusive (₹759 + ₹136.62 GST @18%): a personalised annual horoscope of about 30 pages for January to December 2027, made from the birth details you enter, delivered as a private link and PDF in Hindi or English.
- Prices are shown with their GST break-up. There are no other charges. Prices may change for future orders; the price shown when you pay is the price you pay.
2. Nature of the service and disclaimer
- Astrology is a traditional system of interpretation. The report gives guidance for planning and self-reflection. It does not predict or guarantee any event, and it is not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, psychological or any other professional advice. Decisions you take remain your own responsibility.
- Remedies (mantras, charity, worship, gemstone and Rudraksha suggestions) are traditional practices offered as suggestions. They are not treatments, cures or preventions for any disease or condition. Consult a qualified doctor for health matters.
- Results depend on the accuracy of the birth details you provide. If the birth time is not known, 12:00 noon is used.
3. Your responsibilities
- Enter accurate birth and contact details. One free correction is available for mistakes reported within 24 hours of delivery (see the Refund & Cancellation Policy).
- Orders for anyone under 18 must be placed by a parent or guardian.
- The report is for your personal, non-commercial use; it may not be resold or republished.
4. Payment, invoices and delivery
- Payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not store card or bank details.
- A GST tax invoice is emailed with your report.
- Delivery is digital, within 3 days of confirmed payment, to the WhatsApp number and email you entered. Every report is checked before it is sent. See the Delivery Policy.
5. Cancellations and refunds
Governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
6. Personal consultations
Personal consultations with Acharya Peeyush Vashisth are arranged separately on WhatsApp and are not part of the report's price.
7. Intellectual property
The report format, text and this website belong to Acharya Peeyush Vashisth. Your birth details remain yours.
8. Liability
Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of the report, or for delays caused by incorrect contact details, network outages or third-party services. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
9. Grievances
Send any complaint on WhatsApp to +91 87420 55055. Complaints are acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 30 days. National Consumer Helpline: 1915.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. This does not affect your right to approach a consumer forum of your choice.
