Privacy Notice
1. What we collect and why
- Birth details (name, gender, date, time and place of birth): to calculate and make your Varshphal 2027 report.
- Contact details (WhatsApp number, email): to send the report link and PDF and to answer your questions about the order.
- Payment status: to confirm your order and issue your invoice. Card, UPI and bank details are entered on the payment provider's secure pages and never reach us.
- Technical data (IP address, browser, pages viewed, referral source such as YouTube or Instagram): for security and to see which channels bring visitors.
2. Consent
You give consent by ticking the un-ticked consent box before payment. Consent is limited to making and delivering your report and issuing its invoice. You may withdraw consent as easily as you gave it, by messaging or emailing us; withdrawal does not affect reports already delivered.
3. Children
Reports for anyone under 18 must be ordered by a parent or guardian, who gives consent on the child's behalf.
4. How long we keep data
- Birth details and report files: 12 months from delivery, then deleted (earlier if you ask).
- Invoice and payment records: 72 months, as required by tax law.
5. Visitor statistics
To understand how visitors use this page we count anonymous events (page opened, price seen, order form started, order placed). A random number is kept in your browser's local storage so a returning visit is not counted twice. We use no cookies and no third-party trackers, and these events do not include your name, contact details, birth details or IP address.
6. Who we share data with
Only service providers needed to deliver the service, each bound to use the data only for us: the payment provider; our hosting and backup providers; our email service and WhatsApp (Meta), to send you your report; and the astrological calculation service, which receives your birth date, time and place without your name. We never sell personal data.
7. Security
HTTPS everywhere, access restricted to the people who prepare your report, and private report links. If a breach affects your data we will inform you and the Data Protection Board without undue delay.
8. Your rights and contact
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion, and you can withdraw consent, by messaging WhatsApp +91 87420 55055. Complaints are acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 30 days.
