Refund & Cancellation Policy
रिफ़ंड और कैंसलेशन (सार)रिपोर्ट मिलने से पहले कभी भी ऑर्डर रद्द करें, पूरा पैसा वापस। रिपोर्ट मिलने के बाद ऑर्डर रद्द नहीं होता। जन्म विवरण ग़लत? 24 घंटे में बताएँ, एक बार मुफ़्त सुधार। हम रिपोर्ट न दे सकें या ग़लती ठीक न कर सकें, तो पूरा पैसा वापस, 5–7 कार्य दिवसों में, उसी माध्यम से जिससे भुगतान किया। भविष्यवाणी से असहमति पर रिफ़ंड नहीं।
1. Varshphal 2027 Report (₹895.62 all-inclusive)
- Cancellation. You may cancel for a full refund at any time before your report is delivered (link or PDF sent). Once it has been delivered, the order cannot be cancelled.
- Wrong birth details. If you entered a wrong date, time or place of birth, tell us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery. We will make the report again once, at no charge, within 24 hours of your message.
- Our error. If the report cannot be made, the file is damaged, or a birth detail printed in it differs from what you entered and we cannot correct it, you receive a full refund.
- Not refundable. Disagreement with a prediction or interpretation. Astrology is guidance, not a guaranteed outcome, and the report is a personalised digital product that cannot be returned.
2. Duplicate or failed payments
If you were charged twice, or money was debited without an order being created, the duplicate or failed amount is refunded in full once confirmed with our payment provider, normally within 5–7 working days.
3. How refunds are paid
- Refunds go to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of approval. We never deduct gateway charges.
- A credit note is issued against the GST invoice for every refund.
- To request a refund or a corrected report, message us on WhatsApp at +91 87420 55055 with your order number.
4. Grievances
Send any complaint on WhatsApp to +91 87420 55055. Complaints are acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 30 days, as required by the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. National Consumer Helpline: 1915.
